The successful candidate will receive mentorship in a range of areas, including SAP role set up, SAP transaction overview, NICE teams file set up, customer overview, basics on Excel such as V lookup, credit working training, debit training, return training for faulty goods, internal orders training, overdue account overview, product overview of different tools,
NICE, understanding and assisting with online/digital customer content, and MS Office basics such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. In addition, you will learn how to take meeting minutes, an essential skill for any administrative position. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Matric qualification and an N6 in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or Management Assistance.
