The role also involves adjudicating variation orders and extensions of time, and making recommendations to the approving authority. Processing monthly payments and adhering to contractual conditions is crucial, as is submitting project information to secure the required funding.

It is important to maintain organized project information for easy access during audits. Building positive relationships with colleagues and following occupational health and safety conditions are also priorities. Conducting research on new materials, techniques, and methods is necessary to stay up to date, and delivering projects on time and within budget is essential for establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients.
