3. Proven Driving Experience
   • Candidates must have at least 2–5 years of solid driving experience, preferably within the logistics, distribution, or transport sectors.
   • Experience operating delivery trucks or medium-duty vehicles is highly preferred.
4. Mature and Responsible
   • We are seeking individuals who are mature, accountable, and respectful in both demeanor and appearance.
   • A responsible attitude towards company property, schedules, and safety regulations is critical.
5. Sober Habits
   • Candidates must demonstrate sober habits – both in personal conduct and while operating vehicles.

7. Knowledge of Local Routes and Basic Vehicle Maintenance

• Loading and offloading cargo as needed, with attention to proper handling and care.
