How to apply:

Main Requirements:

  • Education:
    • 18.1 Learner Miner: NQF Level 2 Elementary Certificate (Grade 10 or equivalent).
    • 18.2 Learner Miner: NQF Level 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent).
  • Experience:
    • 18.1 Learner Miner: Minimum 24 months experience in production.
    • 18.2 Learner Miner: Relevant experience in a relevant environment will be advantageous.
  • Attributes:
    • Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
    • Clear security screening record.
    • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE):

  • Adhere to all legal and safety requirements.
  • Conduct all work according to the required standards and specifications.
  • Attend SHE meetings as required.
  • Ensure the prescribed safety equipment is worn and/or used.
  • Recognize hazardous situations that impact jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessments.

Reporting:

  • Compile developmental progress reports for discussions with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Objectives:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks.
  • Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe.
  • Escalate queries and concerns regarding the programme and its completion as required.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
